The company

Cottrell Park Golf Course was founded in 1996 and has grown to become one of the UK’s foremost Golf Venues.

The challenge

In 2001, an advanced telephone system was installed at the Club at a capital cost of around £20,000. The whole system was maintained under a service contract. Unfortunately, the system didn’t live up to Cottrell Park’s expectations and constantly needed to be reset. In August 2004, part of the system failed completely. The maintenance company said that it would cost £8,930 to repair the problem.
